DELIVERY

Delivery dates are normally adhered to but must be regarded as approximate. Specific times cannot be given for deliveries. Any special arrangements will be subject to delivery charges. Delivery only items are delivered to the nearest point to our vehicle. Erection will be carried out at time of delivery only. In the event of unsuitable access or unsuitable base work, the building will be deemed deliver only with no refund of erection charge. Return visits to erect a building will incur an additional charge. Base work to our specification is required, on a site with walk-in access , no more than 50 yards from the delivery vehicle.(we cannot lift over walls/fencing due to health and safety) Please note that site levelling work or return calls to carry out erection will be charged for at our normal hourly rates.

CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS REQUIRE AT LEAST THREE WORKING DAYS NOTICE GUARANTEE

Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery against any defects in material or workmanship and will be covered for 15 years against rot and fungal decay. This does not cover faults caused by work not carried out by this company or the normal movement etc. of timber as a natural product. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.

BASE PREPERATION

It is important to provide a firm level and square base for your new garden building. Without a proper base your building will be unstable and may deteriorate rapidly. Base preparation need not be elaborate. Please see the base preperation page for more details.
